Newmarket Credit Union Schools Quiz 2026

The Newmarket Credit Union Schools Quiz for 2026 was held at the Cultúrlann in Newmarket on Friday evening last.

Schools from Newmarket, Boherbue, Meelin, Knockaclarig, Rockchapel and Kiskeam participated this year.  After an exciting evening and a very high standard of answering from all the teams,  Boherbue National School emerged victorious in both the Competition A and Competition B categories.

Congratulations to all the teams, the schools and the teachers who participated and made the evening such a success.

A special thanks to our Quizmaster Jerry Fitzgerald, who did an excellent job on the night.

Boherbue National School now progress to the next stage of the competition, (at Chapter Level) and we wish them the very best for the rest of the competition.
