Notice of Rules Amendment

Please see attached Standard Rules for Credit Unions 2021 version, incorporating the rule amendments passed at the 2020 AGM.

Please note this version of the Rule Book does not contain proposed amendments to Rule 98(2)(c) and Rule 99(3)(a) as passed at the credit union AGM. These were excluded from the registration request to the Central Bank of Ireland as there was a technical drafting error. All other rule amendment passed at the AGM are included.
